In a wide-ranging interview, the congressman reiterated he believes "it's a time we all need to fight back, and stand up and not stand down - especially for our small business owners, for our families and for our military."
Today, U.S. Congressman Roger Williams (TX-25) spoke on the House floor in support of H.R. 1960, the National Defense Authorization Act. This bill, passed annually, provides necessary authorities and funding for the military. More information on the NDAA can be found here. The House is scheduled to vote on H.R. 1960 tomorrow.
