WASHINGTON, D.C. – Yesterday, Congressman Roger Williams (TX-25), Chairman of the House Committee on Small Business, introduced legislation that will extend the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs, set to expire on September 30, 2025, for one year.
