Biden's Handouts to the Radical Left on Full Display

Dear Texans,

This week President Biden made his first address to a joint session of Congress. Far from his inaugural promise to be a president for all Americans, his speech was nothing more than a handout to the most liberal wing of the Democratic party. His partisan agenda includes the Green New Deal, which threatens thousands of energy jobs in Texas, stripping Americans of their 2nd Amendment rights, and opening our southern border to human and drug trafficking. While the president showered himself with praise for vaccine distribution, he failed to acknowledge the tireless work of the Trump Administration and Operation Warp Speed. As Americans look to recover from the pandemic, President Biden's leadership fails to offer real, bipartisan solutions to move the nation forward.

Fort Hood Family Housing Kick Off

On Thursday I joined military families at Fort Hood to kick off the Family Housing Development Ceremony at Chaffee Village. The housing project is part of a 10 year, $1.65 billion plan to upgrade and improve housing, daycare, and family facilities on the base. I was proud to secure this funding several years ago and honored to attend the groundbreaking for these long overdue renovations. You can watch the full event by clicking here. I also had the pleasure of visiting with the 178th Military Police Canine Unit and had a productive conversation with MG Richard Johnson, Commander of First Army Division West.
