Valentines for Veterans

Dear Texans,

On this Valentine's Day, I had the opportunity to deliver cards from students across Cleburne Independent School District to veterans at the Fort Worth VA Clinic. I'm proud to partner with our schools to show appreciation for the heroism of our veterans, and I want to thank each student who participated this year. These cards are a small token of our gratitude for their service and I know they were greatly appreciated.

I'm honored to be a voice in Congress for the men and women who have put their lives on the line to protect our nation. It is my hope that through programs like Valentines for Veterans, we instill a deep appreciation for these heroes for generations to come.

Thank you to students from Cleburne High School for making cards! Participating schools also included Adams, Gerard, Santa Fe and Irving Elementary Schools, along with those from TEAM School.
