Recently, Congress passed an $8.3 billion emergency supplemental funding bill to provide necessary resources to health officials, both at home and abroad, for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19. While I will continue supporting efforts in Congress to combat the virus, we all play a role in our communities to help protect ourselves and those around us.
For more information on the prevention, symptoms and treatment of COVID-19, please visit the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) website here. If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, such as fever, cough or shortness of breath, please contact your local health care provider immediately for guidance.
