It was a great week traveling across the 25th District. Meeting with constituents, spending time in our diverse communities and celebrating the accomplishments of our neighbors always energizes me to keep fighting to make Washington, D.C. more like Texas. It's a privilege to hear from you and take your feedback with me to Congress. Take a look below at some of our recent stops.

It's always a pleasure to visit the University of Texas! UT Police Chief David Carter gave us a rundown on security protocol in place to keep students safe and we had the privilege of learning more about the ROTC program on campus.

I joined Good Day Austin to talk about our thriving economy, strong military, and trade deals providing certainty for our nation. It's time to move on from impeachment and focus on the booming economic growth happening in right here Texas! Click here or on the image above to view my full interview.

It was wonderful to tour the Dripping Springs Distillery. I'm proud to advocate for our 25th District small businesses by fighting for lower taxes and equipping them with the resources needed to drive our economy.

I also had the opportunity to meet with local Hays County distillers where I reaffirmed my commitment to providing permanent relief from the federal excise tax that threatens to harm their businesses.

Our emergency response teams put their lives on the line for us every day, and I'm proud to stand with them. A special thank you to the Cleburne Fire Department for welcoming us with a home cooked breakfast!

‪I'm very proud of our Blum High School Bobcats on their first State Championship title in six-man football! It was a privilege meeting these young men to present a flag flown over the U.S. Capitol and a congressional record honoring their hard work.‬

We had a great townhall at DynaEnergetics in Blum. I enjoyed learning more about their state of the art operation and projected growth over the next few years due to our booming economy.

As we gear up for another week in Washington, I want to remind you that my staff is ready to assist with any casework needs you may be experiencing, such as problems receiving Social Security or VA benefits. Please call my Cleburne or Austin offices and they will be happy to work with you to resolve your issue.

In God we trust,
