Congressman Williams Tours Dell Children’s
AUSTIN, TEXAS – Congressman Roger Williams (R-Austin) today met with Dell Seton Medical Center at the University of Texas and Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas leadership and employees to tour Dell Children’s. As the representative for Central Texas, Rep. Williams discussed legislation and regulations that will impact their doctors and patients.
“Dell Children’s plays a critical role in our Central Texas community. In addition to serving 46 counties, Dell Children’s knows how important it is to treat each individual child with the utmost care,” said Rep. Williams. “I appreciated the tour of their facility today, as well as hearing firsthand from the doctors and nurses about what we can do in Congress to better meet the needs of patients. Healthcare is a very important issue right now, and I will continue working hard with my colleagues to ensure we get it right.”
President of Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas Christopher Born made the following comments:
