Rep. Williams Applauds Additional COVID-19 Relief Funding for Texas Nursing Homes

WASHINGTON, D.C. Congressman Roger Williams (R-TX-25) today applauded the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) distribution of the second round of performance payments to nursing homes. Since the first round of funding was allocated to Texas, nursing homes have successfully reduced COVID-19 infections and deaths between September-October. 684 facilities in Texas will receive a total of $29,986,791 in this second round.

“I am very pleased that our Central Texas nursing homes will receive additional funding after successfully reducing COVID-19 infections and deaths. These facilities are working around the clock to keep their residents and patients safe, and I am proud to partner with health officials in the 25th District as we continue fighting to keep Texans healthy.”


A breakdown of funding for facilities in the 25th District that received funding in the first round of payments:

  • Longhorn Village: $9,796.96

  • Granite Mesa Health Center: $14,907.58

  • Town Hall Estates: $53,890.63

  • Hill County Nursing and Rehab: $17,748.08

  • Stonebridge Health Rehab: $18,912.39

  • Clifton Nursing and Rehabilitation LP: $54, 538.47

  • Austin Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center: $12,423.68

  • Hillside Medical Lodge: $47,341.38

  • Trinity Nursing and Rehabilitation of Burleson LP: $19,868.48

  • Focused Care at Hamilton: $21,712.15

  • Homestead Nursing and Rehabilitation of Hillsboro: $89,138.04

  • Hamilton Healthcare Center: $17,478.97

  • Deer Creek of Wimberley: $27,533.53

  • Senior Care at Stephenville: $53,267.29

  • Spring Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation LP: $10,375.15

  • Brookdale Westlake Hills: $13,573.53

  • Huguley Nursing and Rehab Center: $37,404.98

  • Mulberry Manor: $42,077.54

  • Heritage Park Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing: $52,903.58
