Roger Williams Staff to Hold Wimberley Office Hours Thursday

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Roger Williams (R-Texas) today announced his staff will again hold office hours in Wimberley at 1:00p.m. CT, Thursday, June 18 to help flood victims in Hays County and the surrounding areas file requests for disaster assistance.

Hays County has been declared a major disaster area by the federal government. According to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, grants for temporary housing and home repairs and low-cost loans to cover uninsured property losses may be available to individuals and business owners affected by the recent storms and flooding.
