CLEBURNE, TEXAS – Congressman Roger Williams (R – Austin) today announced that on Wednesday he will congratulate James Clay, an Army veteran, on being the recipient of a new roof to be donated by a local roofing company.

Clay, a native of Johnson County, was stationed in Japan and spent six years in the Army Reserves while segregation existed in the United States.
