Not many 15-year-olds can claim to have a piece of art hanging in the Texas state capitol like Caden Schinagel of Glen Rose.
Of course, most 15-year-olds don't produce drawings quite like he does.
Schinagel's charcoal drawing entry in the annual Congressional Art Competition, titled "Texas Rogue," was selected as second place among the top three Texas entries named by Congressman Roger Williams (R-Austin).
