WASHINGTON, DC – Congressman Roger Williams (R – Austin), who represents Fort Hood in the U.S. Congress, on Wednesday evening voted for the Fiscal Year 2017 Defense Appropriations Bill to increase base discretionary military spending by $2 billion from the previous year.
