This year, Rep. Williams is one of only 66 Representatives to have earned the "Taxpayers' Friend Award" for an outstanding voting record during the 2017 Congressional session.

The awards were presented as small retailers across the country gathered in Washington for NRF's Retail Advocates Summit.
